This Turbosmart Blow off valve (BOV) has been specifically setup for the Ninja H2, H2SX & ZH2.
Our Turbosmart BOV is a direct bolt on replacement for the OEM valve that normally is plumbed back into the intake, the Turbosmart valve is a Vent to atmostphere BOV that is much louder than the factory valve when fitted. It also stops the recirculation of hot charge air back into the intake on backoff which helps with keeping the engine charge temperature down.
Its a direct bolt on fit to both the stock OEM plenum or extremecreations.com.Au Billet intercooler plenum.
The Turbosmart BOV is also more compact than the factory valve & is a billet CNC machined piece rather than the OEM cast item which has been known to leak when boost levels are increased substantially, no such issues with the Turbosmart valve, it’ll hold all the boost you can throw at it.
The vacuum control line can be plumbed as per stock or the standard control solenoid can be bypassed to give the additional benifit of a slightly softer transition when coming back onto the throttle.
We can also supply a silicone blanking cap & clamp to block off the OEM hose barb return point on the intake.
